Gus Kuhn had links with motorsport at Crystal Palace from the mid-1920s. He was an accomplished circuit racing motorcyclist and eventually became involved with speedway at the Palace and later at other tracks. There is an excellent website dedicated to Gus Kuhn which can be found at:
